Location: Ideally Florida-based, but open to remote

We’re working with a company that has recently gone live on NetSuite and now needs intensive post-go-live support. This won’t be your average consulting role — they’re looking for someone who can come in, hit the ground running, and take ownership across both technical and functional areas of the system.
You’ll be the go-to person internally, so this will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, is confident working independently, and has a strong foundation in accounting.
Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite post-go-live issues across departments
Configure and customize NetSuite to meet business needs
Develop saved searches, workflows, custom reports, and dashboards
Work closely with finance, operations, and leadership to optimize processes
Support month-end close and ensure accounting processes are running correctly
Handle minor scripting needs and partner with developers where required
Train and support internal users on best practices and system use
5+ years of NetSuite experience (implementation or post-go-live support)
Strong mix of technical and functional NetSuite knowledge
Solid background in accounting/finance (CPA or similar background highly preferred)
Experience with SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches, and general configuration
Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction
Strong communication skills – able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical users
Florida-based is preferred, but remote candidates will be considered
